Shipping and Handling
 
 •  Ship your quilt materials to the address shown above and to the right of the order form.
 •  Return shipment fee within the state of Arizona: $10.00.
 •  Return shipment fee outside the state of Arizona: $15.00.
 •  I will notify you via e-mail with tracking information when shipping your quilt back.
 •  UPS insures up to $100 free. Additional insurance available.
 
 
Payment Options
 
A $50.00 deposit is required to start your quilt. I require payment in full prior to return shipping or at the time of pick-up. One payment option is by check or money order made payable to "Sculptured Thread Quilting". I also accept payment online through the secure services of PayPal to provide you with a credit card payment option. Using PayPal your payment is processed quickly, providing a faster return of your quilt.
 
 
Terms and Conditions
 
 •  I have a minimum charge of $50.00.
 •  I have a return check fee of $35.00.
 •  I am not responsible for your quilt once it has been shipped.
